Kudos to the entire team! (Connected with Maids)
Though I could not find a maid as per my specification, the help provided by the Customer Care Department was exceptional. They were extremely patient and went out of their way to help me. In the end, they were kind enough to even issue me a refund. The way they handled the entire matter is commendable and when one deals with people like them, the service becomes par excellent. Kudos to the entire team!

I got a good guy through this app (Connected with Cooks)
I needed a cook; asked friends and family.... explored various agencies. Got to try all options. This one turned out to be very good. I got a good guy through this app. The fee they charge is quite nominal (much better than agencies). The app itself was not a fun experience. its slow and not well designed. But you can see the team behind it is good and dedicated. I had to raise an issue with customer care through app. Post that they took good care of me. I would highly recommend.

Nice app..this company really cares for the customers i must say. They are not into money making but they are really into helping ppl who once visit their app.. They'll help u till the time u r not completely satisfied..so if u r paying dont think their job is done aftr taking money aftr u.. They ll help u till the end of ur search.. They actually take ownership of resolving ur concern which very rare companies do..good communication skills. Going the extra mile to help u..and resolve ur concern queries instantly ... Happy with their service.. Let's see if my search also ends for what i m looking for...
