The concept of providing helpers at a small fee is excellent (Connected with Cooks)
I had approached them 2 months ago. As promised they provided genuine contacts some picked and some didn’t. They realised my need was not a full time maid and helped me find a part time and followed it through till I found a maid. The concept of providing helpers at a small fee is excellent. For aggregation - I can give a 5/5 for that.
The issue is the service provided by the maids. Ours joined late, took 6 days leave the first month some informed and some uninformed. This month she took 6 days again and finally forced us to fire her. The quality and reliability of the maid is a concern which is a missing gap in their service.
