Process is good but resources are not adequate. They have easy refund policy. Tried twice, could not get a maid however they are quick to refund your money. If u r lucky, u may get a good maid out of options they provide.

The customer service was good, but I guess you can understand the brief better. I informed on day 1 that the localities from which the househelps are being recommended are far from where I live and they won’t have the means to travel. I was told that it is unlikely and people do travel for work. As it turned out, I was right from the start, and none of the recommended cooks were willing to travel when asked, without even a discussion on money. Distance is a key, and you need to keep that in mind for part time helpers
